We stand behind all of our products and will accept returns of any Tasha & Co. product upon receiving your item within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, return it to Tasha & Co. for either replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that we do not refund shipping costs. Please follow the simple instructions below: Write a brief explanation explaining the reason for the return and indicate whether you wish to replace it with the same item, apply the purchase price toward the purchase of another Tasha & Co. item, or receive a refund.

If you elect to return items in connection with a promotional item, you must also return the promotional item unless otherwise instructed. Failure to return the promotional item will result in the charge of the retail value of the promotional item against your refund.
